Annie is a champ when it comes to imaginative play. When asked what she wants to do tonight while I make dinner, she said she wanted to get Kitty introduced to Pillow. Kitty's definitely going to keep her company at bedtime, but Pillow may stay around for a while yet. And Annie's pretty sure they'll both enjoy each other's company this evening.
When she saw I was closing out this posting Annie stopped me with one final thought: since it seems as if Camel and Doll are gone for good she hopes they eloped and successful and are enjoying their honeymoon, most likely in Egypt, where Camel is showing Doll the beauty of sunset over the Pyramids.

How will I live without your blog when you both return?!?! I'm in reader heaven!

I've given this some serious, deliberate, albeit cold medicine-reinforced thought, and I'm pretty sure that Annie is a reincarnation. Given the propensity to fantasize about what-could-be, and her ability to be self sustaining as well as self propelled physically, emotionally, aesthetically as well as intellectually, I've narrowed the guesses down to 1)Slim Keith, 2)Amielia Earhart (or Elizabeth Thible of Lyons, France, not sure), 3)Jackie Kennedy, 4)Elizabeth I, or 5)Abigail Adams. Talk amongst yourselves...Suz xoxo
Dear Annie,
I am looking forward to meeting Kitty. Will it be hard to say goodbye to Pillow? I suppose the point is that we should treasure our friendships, whether they last for a few days or a lifetime.
Can't wait to see the pictures. And you!
Love you so much,
Mom
